What is your return policy?
Due to the unique nature of all Arlee Park goods and threads purchased online or in-person, all items are sold as-is and all sales are final.
Is everything at Arlee Park secondhand?
The majority of the items at Arlee Park are secondhand and the majority of the secondhand items are vintage.
What is the condition of your secondhand goods?
All secondhand goods and threads are in good vintage condition. Major flaws will be noted in descriptions, but overall, most items will have vintage wear to them, but each item functions as it should.
Where do you find it all?
Most of our items are sourced locally in Minneapolis from secondhand sources.
Will you buy some of my vintage stuff?
Maybe! If you feel you have an item that you’re ready to part with, but would make a great addition to the Arlee Park inventory, please feel free to email over photos and prices to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How often do you get new stuff in?
We are always adding new inventory weekly to our website. New items listed online will be announced via Instagram. Or if you want to be in the know for new online items, subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our website.
What is your phone number?
We don't have a phone number, but you can reach us in multiple ways either through email, Instagram, or Facebook.
Shipping or Local Pick-Up
When will my item ship?
Orders are processed, packed and fulfilled within 2-4 business days. You must then consider the amount of time selected for shipping delivery.
If I selected 'Local Pick-Up in Minneapolis' when will my order be ready to pick-up?
Once we fulfill your order, you will receive an e-mail when your order is ready to be picked up. This e-mail will also provide you with other specific pick-up instructions like pick-up location and days and hours that your items will be available to be picked up.
Where all do you ship to?
At this time, we currently only ship to U.S. addresses.
Is there anything you don’t ship?
Local pick-up items can not be shipped. Product listings will have this noted in the description. Almost all large furniture items are for local pick-up only. To pick up your order in person in Minneapolis, you can select the free option 'Local Pick-Up in Minneapolis' once you reach the check-out portion. You will receive an e-mail as noted above when your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick-up. If you can’t pick your item up right away, we ask that you do so within 7 days of receiving the e-mail notifying you that your order is ready.
Can I get a better shipping rate?
Our website automatically calculates shipping for us. If you feel the calculation is off, please let us know. Since we are a very small business, shipping costs are a large expense, just like for any small business, so we ask that you please respect our shipping policies. We can not ship items for free. :)
